A cartoon friend smirking, about to bluff

What is Banate Raho?

Banate Raho is a free party bluffing game for 2 to 10 players, played in a web browser with phones as controllers. Each round, everyone writes a believable fake answer to a real question, then tries to pick the true answer from the list; you score by finding the truth and by fooling others. It has 15 decks, from movie trivia and fill-in-the-blanks to roast-your-friends and meme-caption rounds.

How to play

  1. Start a room

Pick a deck and share the 4-letter code on WhatsApp.

  2. Write an answer

In Bluff decks, make up a fake answer that sounds real. In Funniest decks, just be funny.

  3. Pick and vote

Find the real answer among the fakes, or vote for the best one. You can't vote for your own.

  4. Win the night

3 points for the truth, 1 for each friend you fool. Awards for Most Banane Wala and Most Banne Wala.

Questions

How do you play Banate Raho?

One person starts a room on superquiz.com and shares the 4-letter code. Everyone joins on their phone, writes a fake answer to each question, then votes for the answer they think is real (or, in funny decks, the funniest one).

How many players do you need?

2 to 10. Bluff decks work with 2 or more; funniest-answer decks are best with 3 or more.

Is Banate Raho free?

Yes. It is free to play in the browser, with no download or account.

Is it like Psych! or Fibbage?

Yes, it is the same family of bluffing games: you invent a convincing lie, then try to spot the truth.

Can we play over a video call?

Yes. Put the host screen on a shared screen in Zoom, Meet or any video call, and everyone plays on their own phone.

Who hosts the game?

Captain Bluff, a cheeky game-show host who reads every question, reacts to your answers, slips in his own fake answer and roasts whoever falls for it. You can turn his voice off.

Can I put the game on a TV?

Yes. Tap "Host on a big screen" on a TV or laptop, then everyone, including the host, joins on their own phone by scanning the QR code.
